, is an impressive combination of past and future at the Zurich site. The result is a design-oriented, yet warm and cosy hotel, offering a high-quality, modern interior. TheÂhotel rooms
 are dominated by warm shades of orange, red and yellow in combination with dark walnut wood furniture. Some rooms are fitted with wooden flooring, others with carpets; the bathrooms are open-design. This open layout is based on the positions of the listed pillars. The hotel has its own ‘neon art’ concept, which is subtly present throughout the hotel and dispenses entirely with pictures. The new hotel is designed for business and seminar guests, who use the extended conference floors. The hotel’s own restaurant and bar also have an urban, upmarket and modern appearance.
