An extraordinary new construction project is taking shape in the north of the island of Sylt: The Dunes. Located directly on the Wadden Sea, this exclusive project comprises 42 luxurious apartments that meet the highest standards in terms of location, design, and quality of life. The three buildings each comprise twelve apartments ranging in size from 65 m² to 91 m² and two spacious penthouses of 140 m² on the penthouse floor. The Appia team is responsible for the interior design and interior construction of the high-quality apartments. Future owners can choose from three stylish design concepts, which can be further customized if required. While light wood surfaces dominate the »Light Dunes« design line, dark-stained wood surfaces and taupe-colored furniture fronts create a harmonious contrast in »Dark Dunes.« »Modern Dunes,« on the other hand, combines the simple elegance of white surfaces with mustard-yellow details.
