We love apprenticeships! “We”, that is a large team of carpenters, project managers, architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors and much more. Together, we plan, build and design unique hotels.
Sound exciting? Then apply to us!
Advantages & Benefits
Good training is naturally important. Sound, practical and with good future prospects. This goes without saying here. We want you to feel happy here:
Are you finishing school soon but not sure what you want to do afterwards? Are you curious and open-minded? Then apply for a student internship with us. You’ll learn about all of the apprenticeship areas in a relaxed way and get a good basis for your chosen profession.
Dual study
Do you want to study but find theory on its own monotonous? We’ve got the ideal solution for you! We offer a dual study programme in interior design in collaboration with the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences.
Are you studying and looking for a cool company for your internship semester? Whether interior design, wood technology or interior architecture: we look forward to meeting you.
The Appia team looks forward to hearing from you!
We are already looking forward to you!
At Appia, you’ll be working in a modern workplace at our new company headquarters in Peterskirchen. You’ll be coached by trained in-house mentors in each department to learn about our diverse areas of work. What’s more, it’s all in a great atmosphere!
Annual apprenticeship projects also add to the excitement. You can fully apply yourself here and get creative, perhaps with our intern newspaper or Christmas tombola. Of course, there’s plenty of fun to be had here too:
intern excursions and regular company events will help you learn from others.
The career opportunities at APPIA are diverse. Every department provides career opportunities depending on the internship and your personal interests. After successfully completing a carpentry apprenticeship, you’ll have the opportunity to progress towards project management, quantity surveying or sales. Graduate industrial administrators can join our project management team, work in sales or quantity surveying and IT specialists can integrate their ideas into their own projects.
Industrial Administrator: 3-year apprenticeship
Drafter: 3-year apprenticeship
IT specialist: 3-year apprenticeship
Carpenter: 1 year of profession-related general education, 2-year apprenticeship
Shorter apprenticeships are usually possible. These are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Our core business hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Fridays from 7:00 to 12 or 1:30 pm.
All apprentices are entitled to 25 days of annual leave.
At Appia, we place great value on providing top-quality training for our apprentices. It’s not without good reason that many of our former apprentices have received top marks and even state prizes. From day one, you’ll be involved in all office-related tasks in the various departments in order to get an overall insight and build a large knowledge base. We do this so that you can implement your know-how here after your apprenticeship.
