On the western shore of Lake Garda, an exclusive apartment development has been created, offering spectacular views of the lake and the surrounding mountain landscape. Appia was responsible for the interior design and the complete FF&E fit-out, and developed a holistic interior design concept for the various apartment categories.

The design is characterised by a clean, minimalist aesthetic, high-quality materials and carefully coordinated details. Striking built-in furniture and kitchens with dark wood finishes create an exciting contrast to the light natural stone tones and the light-filled rooms. Spacious living and dining areas, comfortable bedrooms and private terraces create seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces and offer unique views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Garda.

The furniture and bespoke joinery solutions were crafted in Appia’s in-house joinery workshop and developed to fit the project perfectly. The interior is complemented by a finely tuned lighting concept that effectively highlights the architecture, materials and furnishings. Selected apartments with private sauna areas and spacious wellness bathrooms offer additional comfort and create exclusive retreats.

The result is a harmonious overall concept that combines bespoke interiors, precision craftsmanship and the unique location on Lake Garda to create a special living experience.
