The Hotel Landgut Nedlitz is located directly on the picturesque Fahrlander Lake north of Potsdam. The stately manor house, whose history dates back to imperial times, was lovingly transformed into a »place of green power« by the owner family in 2018.

Health, prevention and Ayurveda cures with conscious nutrition through freshly prepared food from the hotel’s own restaurant are offered at the hotel. APPIA Contract GmbH was responsible for the design and conception of the rooms and public areas in cooperation with graf’s Kontor Kultur- & Hotelprojekte Berlin. 13 stylishly furnished hotel rooms and suites – named after the signs of the zodiac – have been created. Warm orange and red tones in the carpet and furniture harmonise with wooden elements and radiate comfort. In the restaurant, a brick wall including a barn door was preserved and combined with chairs and a carpet in strong turquoise. A special eye-catcher is the asymmetrical shelf above the restaurant counter and the atmospherically staged pendant lights.

The result is an Ayurveda and health hotel – perfectly attuned to the needs of guests seeking relaxation.
