In order to create a working environment in which employees feel completely at ease, an international construction machinery dealer has extensively modernized its office building in Vienna. An inspiring working environment was created on two floors, which optimally meets the requirements of a modern workplace. This includes individual offices, open-plan areas, meeting rooms, soundproofed telephone boxes and fully equipped kitchenettes. This well thought-out room layout enables both concentrated work and creative teamwork.
The interior architecture impresses with its clear, straightforward design. A subtle color palette in grey, combined with generous glass surfaces, creates a modern and calm atmosphere. The large windows provide a view of a green inner courtyard and convey a sense of space and transparency. Yellow niche back walls in the kitchenettes, orange and yellow chairs in the break area and blue walls behind the washbasins set color accents.

Office interior fit-out by Appia

The Appia team was commissioned with the interior fit-out of the modern office, which impresses with tailor-made solutions: among other things, sideboards and built-in cupboards were individually made to measure in the in-house furniture factory. The Appia team was also responsible for designing the communal areas. New kitchenettes, inviting conference and meeting rooms and completely renovated sanitary facilities create a pleasant and contemporary working environment.
Soundproof telephone boxes have been installed on both floors for undisturbed telephone calls or focused meetings. With their eye-catching red and yellow walls, they provide lively color accents in the otherwise restrained design. The result is an inspiring working environment that combines modern interior design with maximum functionality – perfectly tailored to the needs of the employees.
