The Sparkassenakademie Bayern in Landshut is the central training center of the Bavarian savings banks. With over 400 comfortable hotel rooms and more than 30 conference rooms with excellent technical equipment, it offers the ideal environment for seminars, courses and further training. Every year, numerous events are held here for trainees, employees and managers of the savings banks. These versatile opportunities have been opened up to the nationwide education and event landscape for a few years now. Since 2019, ta.la has taken over the operational management of the Landshut conference center. Together, ta.la and the Sparkassenakademie Bayern form a highly competent alliance.

Appia was commissioned as general contractor to comprehensively renovate 272 rooms at the Sparkassenakademie. As part of this modernization, the bathrooms will be brought up to the latest technical building equipment standards (TGA) and all rooms will be refurnished. The hotel rooms will be given a modern, inviting ambience according to the designs of the Appia interior design team. Light oak decors harmonize with wall coverings in taupe. The bright red of the chairs and beds sets fresh accents. A sample room in the new design had already been realized before the start of construction.
