The Restaurant & Hotel Wilder Mann in Aalen can look back on a long tradition. The restaurant in Wasseralfingen has been run by the owner family for over 75 years. In 2017, the business was handed over to the next generation, who decided to expand the “Wilder Mann” with a modern new hotel building. APPIA Contract GmbH was commissioned as the general contractor for the turnkey hotel construction, interior design and hotel furnishings. The new business hotel has 27 rooms, including single and double rooms as well as three apartments. With its seminar rooms, the Hotel Wilder Mann is particularly popular for conferences and events.

Modern, cozy dining rooms

When designing the interior, Appia placed great emphasis on flexible interior design, so that the modern dining rooms can be used for celebrations as well as for meetings. Light oak wood and soft beige tones give the rooms a warm, inviting atmosphere. Large window fronts ensure that the rooms are flooded with light. Exciting accents were created through the targeted use of bold red tones for benches, chairs and decorative cushions. The restaurant, which seats 130 guests, was also extensively renovated by Appia in 2019.
